Architectural design for a distinctive TAMA 38 residential development near Train Track Park in Jerusalem, integrates a historic 1930s building in the Baka neighborhood, previously used as a residence, with a Mikveh. The project includes a new extension that creates four apartments, two duplexes, and a penthouse, as well as underground facilities featuring a spa, pool, and gym.
