Halle, a city that was developed after the second world war, is characterized by long social apartments blocks. This project’s main architectural concept was to create a cultural center that overlook the city from outside. sitting on a lake that was once manmade, this building is open towards the city’s’ view and by that - tells the architectural story of the 50’s massive construction that happened after WWII.
